I've been using this product for years and always found it to be the best on the market. This time there were several obvious defects in the outer layer of the line. I'm hoping it holds up ok but it's hard to believe that it won't fail at the places the outer layer is frayed. Also hope it is not a sign of decline in the quality of Librett products.
